Common Misalignments To Look Out For
- Reaching the top hand to the sky without hips stacking
- Floating foot is not engaged
Encourage
- Work on opening up through the hips so they stack
- Rotating belly and chest towards the sky
- Then lift the top hand
- Lift through the back foot and extend through the heel, toes point towards your face

In this class I lead you through one of my top five poses (if I had a top five 🙂
I’m currently enjoying and having fun flowing in and out of this pose especially after an adequate warm up in the hips flexors and shoulder blades. I also LOVE guiding individuals into this pose layer by layer. This pose will surprise you!
